Open Year Round. Wilsons is a village of fully equipped housekeeping cottages nestled in the woods on the shore of Moosehead Lake and at the East Outlet of the Kennebec River. Wilsons was first established in 1865 beginning with only a main lodge. The cabins were built over the years to accommodate the changes in vacation destinations. Today, each cabin is fully equipped with everything you need t

o enjoy your time at Moosehead Lake. Each has a full kitchen, full bathroom, and all linens and towels are provided at no additional charge. You simply need to bring your food!
