With the busy season winding down, this is a good reminder to have your properties inspected at least once a month when they’re sitting vacant.
This house hasn’t quite finished out the season yet, but all of this happened within just 10 days since we were last there.
Luckily, this owner signed up for our maintenance program, so we were able to catch it before it became a much bigger problem — and it was already bad enough!
