Villa by the Licking River hosted a weekend with the bride and her bridesmaids. Weather didn’t permit Plan A for a beach day as the “Last Big Splash” but they went to Plan B. Sometimes it’s just fun to catch up and make a memory!

The Villa by the Licking River is more than a place to come for relaxing or a lake day. It is also just the right place for a ‘not much longer’ bachelor and his groomsmen to hang out and play corn hole. Congratulations and Best Wishes!!!

Now this is a new activity for The Villa by the Licking River! So glad our guests found another way to enjoy the low depth of the river this weekend. Future guests may want to bring beach chairs along with their boats/kayaks 👍

The Villa offers a place to relax and have some fun! Paul and Heather of West Virginia returned this year for their 4th of July vacation. Those boys are really growing! It was great to see them and dad, Mike. Thank you for choosing The Villa👍

The Villa by The Licking River hosted a retired teacher UK vs Arkansas game watching event this evening. It started out really depressing in the first 42 seconds; but, it became more exciting! And at the end we had two winners-UK and our retired teacher friends! This is a great place for outdoor or indoor fun!

Another great night at the shelter by The Licking River. The chili dinner with community friends was delish!!! The shelter is a perfect place for gatherings of family and friends!

We enjoyed our special visitors this weekend. Angela and James Gray brought The Delaney family to The Villa on The Licking River. It was good to just watch the river flow on down stream and share fond memories which brought about a lot of laughs😆! You all come back❤️!
