A Fresh Start for Yarnell’s Ranch House

We are the Gonzalez siblings—Delilah, Olivia, Cain, and Moses—and we are thrilled to be the new owners of Yarnell’s Ranch House. Growing up in a family that values each other, good food, tradition, and community, we have often wondered what it would be like to run a place like this—and now we are about to find out! We are excited to share our family's traditions of home-cooked meals and warm hospitality with Yarnell. But first, a heartfelt thank you to Vicki Velasquez for giving us this unexpected opportunity. We are incredibly grateful and looking forward to this new chapter.
We believe YRH is more than just a restaurant; it’s a community hub where people can gather, share stories, celebrate milestones, and enjoy a meal prepared with tender loving care. As the new team behind the counter, we are dedicated to keeping that nostalgic feeling alive by serving delicious food, promoting good company, and creating a welcoming space where everyone feels right at home.
Here are some of the details: YRH will be open for breakfast and lunch from Wednesday through Sunday, 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. In addition, we are adding Saturday dinner service from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. We have also finalized the menu. You will find classic breakfasts like biscuits and gravy, fluffy pancakes, and country-style eggs, along with other comforting dishes and crowd-pleasing seasonal specials.
HERE’S THE FUN PART! We are adding authentic Mexican food, inspired by our mama’s cooking and our family’s rich traditions. These delicious additions will bring a fresh twist to your YRH experience while staying true to its down-to-earth charm. Breakfast favorites will include huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, and burritos. Lunch options will feature flautas, chimichangas, red and green chile, rice, sopita (not to be confused with soup!), and, of course, frijolitos (beans). For Saturday night dinners, we will offer Chile Rellenos, enchiladas, tamales, and steak, just to name a few.
Beyond the menu, we are also focused on creating a welcoming atmosphere. We want the space to feel like a cozy gathering spot, so we are updating the décor, refreshing the seating, and adding some personal touches.
While we don't have an official reopening date yet, preparations are well underway. WAIT! Did we mention homemade tortillas and salsas?
Stay tuned for updates, sneak peeks, and announcements on Yarnell’s Ranch House’s social media pages as the big day approaches. Be sure to follow us on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
With fresh coffee brewing, comforting food on the table, and friendly hospitality, we look forward to welcoming EVERYONE through our NEW doors soon!

Another year in the books of cleaning up our road. We have the greatest guests who do this year after year. Never ceases to amaze us how many people think it is ok to throw trash out of their vehicle while driving.🤦
