I still have my ranch but I recently purchased a home in phoenix. Mostly so I could use my dating apps appropriately.
So after 7 and a 1/2 years of hard time in the Bradshaw mountains, acclimating to society is a bit of a culture shock.
When I moved to the mountains, it was pre-covid, things have changed. Mostly people, It seems like everybody's scared of each other.
I will keep waving and saying hello to my neighbors until they acknowledge me.

A once in a lifetime opportunity for Nomads.

Happy Endings Retreat is a 100 acre Arizona property adjoining thousands of acres of BLM and only 8 miles from beautiful Lake Pleasant – a great place for hiking, biking, rockhounding, gold panning, and nature watching.

We are offering free dry camping for self-contained campers and vans with access to water, laundry, and electricity with 15 hours per week of labor, or a minimal fee of $15 per day to just stay there without working. We also have camping equipment for those who like to rough it for $10 per night or 12 hours of work a week. Work will include tasks such as painting, brush clearing, and grounds maintenance.
