We are seeking a Resident Manager Couple to operate our Mill Village Motel in Eatonville. This is a live-on site position. We offer a competitive salary, housing ( on site apartment w/utilities & direct TV), 2 days off each week, and a yearly paid vacation. The following is a brief overview of some of the job requirements:
Supervising work at all levels (Laundry, housekeeping, Relief Manager) as well as the allocation of responsibilities.
Manage budgets/expenses, and monitor sales and profits
Implement efficient marketing strategies to promote the Lodge.
Communicate with optimal customer service to our guests (Upon check-in until the time they check-out)
Maintenance issues with rooms and building
Grounds and yard maintenance / curb appeal
Work with suppliers, travel agencies, and an assortment of planners
Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards.
A thorough understand of hotel management practices and relevant laws
Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and hotel management software (Such as Channel Management and the OTA’s)
Innate ability to multi-task and work well under immense pressure, with an aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving. Excellent customer service!
Great attention to detail and an abundance of leadership skills
