Larry Serving Mount Airy As Mayor of Mount Airy, I will always work to achieve a level of service that rises to the level we should all expect from our elected officials.

I promise respect, sincerity and action when needed, or a valid reason when an issue is left unrecognized. * Protect the town from overdevelopment

* Increase walkability by continuing R2T and other nature trails

* Encourage the revitalization of dilapidated buildings

* Encourage controlled, reasonable development of our infill areas (Cold Storage, Greentree, the Beck property)

* Promote the Arts as a fundamental component of Town’s allure

* Preserve our heritage and history for future generations

Mary is still accepting school supplies until August 12th. Please consider donating.

Just a reminder that there's still time to help with our school supply drive. This is so needed! FYI Walmart has great sales on school supplies going on now (that's where I shopped for the items). Collecting until August 12th.
