As we prepare for this winter storm, we have a crew hired to salt the roads and entrance to the park overnight Friday into Saturday morning. After the snowfall has finished, they will return to plow the roads. We are expecting high amounts of snow fall so be prepared and try not to drive if unnecessary. It packs the snow down and makes it harder for them to clear the roads. As always, please continue to drip your faucets and open cabinets to keep lines from freezing. Stay safe!

If your kids tell you they need more nerf arrows, it’s because we found them clogging one of the sewers in the trailer park. This is also a good time to remind everyone that flushable wipes, thick napkins and wash cloths shouldnt be flushed either and they will also clog sewer lines up. Thank you for your cooperation.

We have been advised from Hinderliter and Guisewite that their equipment can’t do anything until some of the ice melts. We are not the only ones in this predicament. Until the ice melt has had time to activate and do its job, there is nothing more we can do. They will continue to check the status and as soon as they are capable, it will get worked on.

As we prepare for the winter storm, we want to remind everyone to please drip your faucets throughout this next week. Even during the day especially if you leave for extended periods of time.
We do have someone scheduled to clear our main road but if you have to travel for work and are concerned with leaving, you can park your car in the gravel lot at the entrance of the park. Stay safe!
