Today is the full day Elemental Wellness Retreat. It has been such an honor to witness so much transformation in the participants so far. Today is about quiet reflective integration. It’s going to be lovely.

The Air Element workshop was just beautiful. It was full of deeply connected moments. Participants connected to air as our life force, as whimsy and freedom. Others related to feeling tossed about like a leaf in the wind, seeking a tether to the earth. We all practiced connecting to the air that resonates through our vocal cords and becomes our spoken truth. Here is a sample of one of the facilitated activities, Blackout Poetry, that beautifully sums up our experience together.

"That beauty was so entrancing. Layer after layer of beautiful, elegant, sensuous, detailed truth. The picture grabbed me a hundred thousand times. This pictured loss of restraint or reason. The first haze of uncontrollable fury exchanged for a future full of freedom. Don't wait too long. Breath in music. Dance by candlelight. Smell the delicate perfumed sweetness of morning. Luxuriate in everything. Regret nothing."

The Elemental Wellness Series has been so much fun so far. Here are a few pictures from the Water Element session. Although we always emphasize the somatic experience and artistic process over the product outcome, we were pretty impressed with how beautiful some of the felted soap projects turned out. 🤩

We still have some space in the final individual element session celebrating Air, as well as the full day retreat which will center the integration of all the elements. Sign up link is in the comments.

At the Elemental Wellness workshop we got acquainted with plant ally (Calendula, Nettle, Plantain, Lavender and Aloe) and discussed reciprocity in relationships with plants and humans. We explored the felt sense of generous giving and the somatic qualities of touch. It was a deeply nourishing experience.
