Internet & Phone Service Update

Credit card services are currently down at the Lodge and Joplin Store. Cash is king! Phones are also affected.

We have been contacted by Windstream and advised that their main cable was vandalized around 4:30 a.m. this morning in the Denny Point area.

A repair crew is currently on site, but they must replace the missing cable and reconnect affected services. As a result, internet service is currently unavailable, and phone service has been significantly reduced.

Windstream is working diligently to restore service and hopes to have everything back up and running by the end of the day.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while repairs are being completed.

THE POWER IS BACK ON!!!!

UPDATE: repairs now estimated to take until 11 PM.

We currently have a widespread area without power this morning. Almost 3000 customers are without power here in Montgomery County. Entergy is aware and the first estimate for restoration is 8 AM. This may change as the crews arrive and start assessing. We will keep you updated.
