We couldn’t officially close out Housekeepers Week without recognizing one very special member of our team.

🏆 Congratulations to Emma, our BAYMONT HERO! 🏆

Emma began her Baymont journey in Housekeeping in 2021 before cross-training at the Front Desk. Even after transitioning primarily to the desk, she has never stopped stepping in wherever she is needed. She helps with laundry, handles maintenance and housekeeping issues, trains new Front Desk team members, and somehow manages to take care of our guests through it all. ❤️

But what truly makes Emma a Baymont Hero is the way she shows up for this hotel, her coworkers, and our guests. Our regulars love Emma! Her name continually appears in guest reviews, and she is always willing to lend a hand — whether or not it's technically “her job.”

Housekeepers Week has been all about celebrating the people behind the scenes who make our hotel shine, and Emma is such a great example of what teamwork really looks like.

Today we turned up the volume and gave our ROCK STARS the celebration they deserve! 🤘❤️

We enjoyed a delicious Texas Roadhouse luncheon, cupcakes, and plenty of fun! Our housekeepers each received Meijer gift cards, Rock Star T-shirts, sunglasses, and light sticks — because every rock star needs a little swag! 😎🎤✨

We also held a raffle with three lucky prize winners! 🎟️🎁

This team works incredibly hard all year long, and today was all about celebrating THEM. We are so thankful for the dedication, teamwork, and pride they bring to Baymont Mt. Pleasant every single day.
