We specialize in marketing & managing fully furnished, short term & vacation rental properties in the Charleston, SC area (including downtown Charleston, Folly Beach, Isle of Palms, Kiawah Island, Mt. We offer our vacation home owners and our guests a boutique level of customer service & personalized attention to detail. We service the entire short term rental process, meaning we:

* market our homes on over 180+ websites (using professional photos);

*answer all questions from prospective guests & manage the booking process;

* coordinate the check-in process and take care of guests while they are staying in our vacation homes;

*handle the check-out process (including coordinating all cleaning & maintenance) and

*issue monthly statements to home owners & remit taxes to state & local tax authorities.

The porch was absolutely wonderful for sitting out with the view of the ocean. Even though it was unseasonably cool and windy, we still had a great time, and we do plan to come back!”

The home is conveniently located to Night Heron Park, The Sanctuary Resort and beaches with great views of the intercoastal waterway. We saw dolphins most mornings and enjoyed the views from the deck. Very clean property and the hosts were great. Check-in and check-out was simple and the kitchen is nicely remodeled and well stocked. We will return and thank you.”

Our family loves the area and the close proximity to the beach. It’s so easy to ride bikes over to the nest with all the accessible bike paths. We will be back again next year!”
