🌸May is my favorite month in Mount Shasta where we expand with the blooming plants and longer days of light to prepare the spaces for holding more people.

The land told me early on in our stewardship journey that we needed to watch her seasonal cycles and align our movement with her flows.

We condense everything in late-fall & winter and then we expand back out in the late-spring & summer. I’ve learned to follow this flow for how I live my life and watched ideas bloom, evolve and lay fallow like the natural earth cycles.

This month of loving the land brings our local and global community together to practice living as a village. I have loved witnessing these moments of struggling, laughing, eating and resting together as we nourish and beautiful this magical land that holds us and so many people and groups each year.

This is the first year I’ve felt the spirit of Hestia’s intergenerational village truly come alive. In the past, it’s been shown as a clue for what’s becoming and now we have BECOME!

💕Thank you to our beloved community for your support and to my mom who continues to humbly show me what resilience looks like from a superhuman, age defying Capricorn !!! 🐐

Last year we started gathering online as a community to share our joy, grief, desires and vulnerability.

We decided to call them town halls to align with the idea of being in a global village together.

This year, we will gather monthly on the first Sat of every month with different cohosts joining us to hold the space and explore different topics that matter most to us.

I can’t wait for y’all to meet Fabi, our community horse whisperer. She’s taught me so much about wild instinct and boundaries through her Swift Wind Herd .

Last weekend, we took a pilgrimage to Green Sand Beach to kick off fire horse year! I got to ground with Bucky, the grandfather of the herd! 🐎

Our land in Mount Shasta has been purified by so much rain. The creek is flowing like river rapids and everything is refreshed and green. Mount Shasta feels restored!

Savoring these moments of warm stillness to just listen to the voice of spirit calling.

What do you hear?

I am learning to listen differently to the depths of this mysterious void… this infinite liminal space.

My best teachers are the 🐈🐈‍⬛ guardians of Hestia! 😻
