A dynamic day. In the afternoon yesterday I went up to Mumbo Summit. There was still snow on the road near the top and I almost made it to the summit, but a large downed tree was blocking the road. I headed back down and found this spot along the river. This picture is of a small stream that is over flow from the main channel which was in full flow. A peaceful spot. Later the thunder clouds came in and put on a powerful lighting show.
