Looking for something fun to do at the Chimneys this spring? Take a walk through the park and a few small trails with our guide from Woody Outdoors! Tour starts Sunday, April 12 at 2PM here at the Chimneys.
Registration is required. $20/person- discount offered for additional family members. Children under 5 are FREE. Please call the main office to register.

Even though our campground is not yet open for the season, we had a surprise guest this morning! One tiny opossum got himself stuck in a PVC pipe… but fear not, our heroic staff rescued him and he’s back to his wild adventures. 🦝🙌

The visitor center is open normal hours. Tuesday-Saturday 10AM-4PM. Trails are still not accessible due to the snow-crete that is slowly melting.

🚧 Restroom Upgrades Underway at Natural Chimneys! 🚧

We’re excited to share that improvements to two restroom facilities at Natural Chimneys have officially begun!

The “B” Bathhouse and the “Roadside” restroom are receiving:
✔️ ADA-accessibility upgrades
✔️ Brand-new roofs
✔️ Overall facility improvements

All work is being completed during the off-season to ensure everything is ready for the start of the 2026 camping season on May 1.

During construction, portable toilets will be available at the parking lot near Picnic Shelter #3. The Visitor Center—open five days a week during the off-season—also has a public, accessible restroom available.

We can’t wait to welcome everyone back for the 2026 season with these important upgrades! 🌲✨
