Christian camp can shape faith long after camp ends.
A 2024 peer-reviewed study of former Christian campers found that repeated camp experiences helped develop an “owned personal faith” that carried into adulthood.
Camp gave young people space to encounter God personally, practice faith apart from their parents, build lasting connection to the Church, and shape the direction of their lives.
