Park visitors of all ages will be delighted to discover the park's commanding view of the rolling terrain and farmlands typical of southwestern Wisconsin. Friendly Reminder Friday: You’re not a deer. 🦌

Animals can be stressed or displaced by people walking where they shouldn’t. Certain species rely on undisturbed areas for feeding, nesting, or hiding from predators.

There's still space to join us at our upcoming Community Science Program: Pollinators survey! 🐝

Did you know Wisconsin is home to 20 species of bumble bees? Bees are important pollinators, moving pollen between plants and helping produce fruits, vegetables, and seeds.

In our pollinators program, you can be a partner to our community's bumblebees by collecting valuable data to help with their conservation! No prior experience needed; just come ready to learn something, meet fellow invertebrate enthusiasts, and help protect the pollinators that keep our parks thriving. Friendly Reminder Friday: Wildlife doesn’t know what to do with this. 🚮

Animals might eat human food or garbage, which can make them sick or alter natural behaviors. Litter can entangle or trap wildlife (think soda rings, fishing lines, or plastic bags).
