50% of rental fee required day of reservation - nonrefundable. Other 50% of fee required 6 months before event date. Reservations can be made 12 calendar months in advance. Reservation made within 6 months of event must be paid in full and is non-refundable. PICNIC AREAS:

FAMILY COTTAGES
2 Bedroom: $110/night (sleeps 4-6)
3 Bedroom: $140/ night (sleeps 8-12)
Fully furnished with the exception of bed linens, pillows and towels. GROUP CABINS: (sleeps up to 16)
Reservations required. $50 for 1-5 people per night and $10 each extra person from 6-16 per night. Customers must furnish their own linens, flatware, dishes, glasses, pots, and pans. NO pets allowed in the cabins. Cabins do not have bathrooms, showers or kitchens.
