Johanna has dedicated an amazing 16 years to the hospitality industry, building a wealth of knowledge and experience along the way.

Throughout her career, she has worked her way through just about every department—giving her a unique understanding of what it takes to create an exceptional hotel experience from every angle.

This September, Johanna will celebrate 2 years with DoubleTree by Hilton Murfreesboro! 🎉

With more than 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry and nine years leading the team at DoubleTree by Hilton Murfreesboro, hospitality isn’t just Mr. G’s career — it’s been a lifelong dream. Since he was a little boy, he dreamed of living and working in hotels, and today he brings that same passion to creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

As our Catering Sales Manager, Erica believes that every gathering—whether it’s a corporate meeting, family reunion, wedding, holiday party, banquet, or celebration—deserves to be as unique as the people attending.

With more than 25 years of event planning experience, Erica recently returned to the hospitality industry after spending several treasured years as a stay-at-home mom. That season of life only strengthened what she believes matters most: bringing people together and creating meaningful moments that become lasting memories.

Her favorite part of every event isn’t choosing the menu or setting the room—it’s sitting down with a client, listening to their vision, and helping turn it into reality.

At DoubleTree by Hilton Murfreesboro, Erica believes our greatest strength is our people. Exceptional service isn’t just something we provide—it’s the promise we make to every guest who trusts us with their special occasion.
