Everyone loves the mountains in October but can we talk about November? 🎃🍁🍂

This photo was taken November 4th, 2023. The leaves were stunning that year!! 🍂🍁🍂

November is usually a slow time at the cabin but it’s my favorite time to visit.
🍁🍂🍁🎃🍎🌬️🧣🍁

The air is always crisp & the fire place crackling, just enough to scent the cabin with that smell we all crave after a long, hot summer. 🔥

The fire pit is the perfect place to make s’mores & warm your toes, while switching gazes from the fire to the the stars when evening falls. ⭐️🌟✨

Warm (or cold) beverages are enjoyed while wrapped in a cozy blanket & usually the windows are open to allow the smell of chili from the crockpot to find your nose. 🍻🍷☕️🥘

The creek slows down in prep for winter so the sound is slight & soothing allowing a peaceful soundtrack for story telling. 💦🔥🍂🫈

Yes, October is fun with all the fall festivals, corn mazes, & pumpkins but November has my ♥️
