It's another pretty October day in the historic fishing village of Murrells Inlet! What are your plans? We would LOVE to host you at the Brookwood Inn! We are a historic classic 1950 motor inn, nestled under massive oak trees on over 4 acres of park like grounds in the heart of Murrells Inlet! Historic guest cottages are also available, offering a bit more privacy and private outdoor space, such as a deck, patio or screen porch.

All of our guest rooms and suites all have at least a full size fridge, microwave & coffee maker. Some of the cottage units have kitchens. We have several propane firepits, grilling areas, and plenty of free onsite boat and trailer parking all located within steps to a short drive of restaurants, LOCAL OYSTERS & FRESH OFF THE BOAT SEAFOOD, live music, The MarshWalk of Murrells Inlet, Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park, Wacca Wache MarinaWaccamaw Outfitters, Russell's Seafood Grill and Raw BarSouthern Hops Murrells InletGraham's LandingHot Fish Club GazeboInlet Prohibition Company and most anything wonderful along the South Carolina's Hammock Coast!

WOW!! We would like to give a HUGE shoutout to all of the wonderful WITCHES, WARLOCKS, and AMAZING MORTALS who showed up to support this wonderful event benefiting The Children's Recovery Cntr! Y'all braved the less than perfect weather to support these precious children and we are SO GRATEFUL!! A massive thank you to our beautiful friends Amanda Hynes & Miss Christine Vernon for all of the hard work and time that you put into this event every single year! GRATEFUL 💜🎶🦇🎃🙏

It's going to be an absolutely GORGOUS October weekend in Murrells Inlet! What are your plans? Sunny skies, cooler temps, NO humidity, and crisp fall evenings make this the perfect weekend to visit Murrells Inlet!!

Local oysters are in, the fishing is GREAT, the nights are PERFECT for gathering around one of our gas pits, lots of free live music and fantastic food and drink to enjoy within steps to minutes from the Inn. What could be better?

The rates are lower, the crowds are lighter, and we have a few of our coastal cozy historic rooms available, including THE BACK PORCH COTTAGE!

This stand alone hidden gem offers guest lots of privacy. Tucked away behind the motor court under massive oaks, this sweet little cottage has a king bed, kitchenette, beautiful screen porch, private patio with propane firepit.

Grab your black hat and join the witches as they take over the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk! Creek Ratz is right in the heart of the fun, so come celebrate autumn with us. 🖤🍂

🎟️ LIVE RAFFLE DRAWING on the Creek Ratz lawn! Winning numbers posted around 7:30–8:30PM, with final prizes to follow. Prizes must be picked up in person on the lawn, so stick around!
