We provide basic, and beyond basic, quantities of necessary day to day items, but you, the renter must go out and resupply certain items like paper towels, etc., if they run low...
Very important- Every unit has it's own assigned, numbered parking space. There is one unassigned spot, but we have no control over it's availability. Additional vehicles must park in the nearby public lot that is $40.00/week.

Our condos 3 & 4 at Princeton House 1 were unaffected by Hurricane Dorian, other than the new Bermuda grass sod getting extra wet....
