Requirements
25-person Minimum! Insurance Certificate required 1 week prior to event, Waiver for ranch signed by all entering property, deposit $= Required and determined to hold date, held for damages, cleanup, added expenses not paid. $40/per person - Camping Fee overnight RV groups only -Full Camp facility use
$50/per person - Camping overnight with horse Groups. P**p disposal fee with Extra dumpster dump fees will be added to expenses to group fee! A Flat fee will be established by number of participants and number of days.
$20/per person Day Use Visitor chg. visiting group- Waiver signed on entering property.
$25/ person Day Use Visitor chg with horse. Available to rent:
Safari Tent rental -$50 per night (2 tents available, each with 2-person occupancy
Antique Sheep Herder Wagon- 1-person occupancy $40/ night
Extra 5 acres from Campo LLC property is an added expense. To be determined.

Sleeping bags needed for Tents, Sheepherder Wagon. When bringing horses- corrals are available- We do not clean corrals, owners of horse responsibility. We provide some muck buckets for poops/ we dump daily. Do not use our buckets in corrals. Please put Loose hay in hay bags, No shavings in stalls! (Messy and adds to waste material removal.) Bring your own hay, muck fork, extra muck Bucket, water bucket, hay net for loose grass hay. Keep your space clean at your corral and trailer. Vet expenses needed will be horse owner $ responsibility. Rental horses outfit will be charged. $10/per horse brought in per day. (waste removal chg.) raked area required before departure. To bring in rental horses, there is a 10 horse minimum. Prices determined by rental outfit. Caterers- Cleanup and trash removal. Insurance proof, chg. For camping applies for overnighters/crew. Bands brought in- No excessive amplified music! Time cut off 10:00 pm. Campfire music, and saloon music may continue at a low decibel after 10:00 pm. Campfires only-during non-windy circumstances. Campo Caballo LLC Venue, has hook-ups available for a number of rigs, 42 corrals +several XL that can hold 2 compatible horses. String-tie can be used for extra horses in pasture area, Vintage style saloon, catering barn and a NEW dancing barn added 2022, 2 bathrooms, A large fire- ring with firewood, 2 BBQ grills (one propane, one Santa Maria Style with charcoal or wood) outdoor shower, tables and chairs.
