Idea! I have rented a huge stage from Cyber Sound Products, bought, bartered, and borrowed enough speakers, amps, soundboards, etc (thank you Square Deal Music of Muskogee) to span this big party and concert.

Why not let Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, and Kansas show off its talent?

TALENT SHOW from 1:30 PM until 4:30 PM before the main lineup.
All the stage, speakers, and professionals will be there for your showcase.

Dear Muskogee, I need your help.
I am a geologist who has specialized in oil and water well drilling, road building, and pipeline installation for over 27 years. My team consists of other geologists, engineers (civil and mechanical), geophysicists, and architects.
We will begin the following work because the City of Muskogee, in my opinion, has wholly failed to do so.

We need your help!!!

Muskogee has serious infrastructure problems as made more aware by the Building A Better Muskogee GO Bond intense debate

This GO Bond doesn’t address another $100,000,000.00 that the City of Muskogee still will need:
1): Refit water treatment plant
2): Refit ENTIRE storm water system (118 years old by The Fite Estate Inn & Spa) (16th and Emporia)
3): Repave and regrade Shawnee Bypass, help from ODOT on HWY 69, Main Street, and every other road in the City. I’m not talking City guys in a truck dumping a bucket of hot asphalt and driving off without packing or sealing it, BUT fixing the problem.

We have sinkholes forming throughout Muskogee, city streets and sidewalks caving into washed out caverns, houses sinking in storm water muck trapped in collapsed storm sewers, foundations cracking, foundations leaking, basement floor drains backing up and flooding houses and Churches (that NEVER had this problem before, like in 118 years…), “springs” popping up in trapped storm water areas.

I am a geologist, I am bringing my engineering partners to Muskogee to perform tests and build recommendations.

I need more data, citywide.

I need to know where every sinkhole is
Where every collapsed storm drain is located at
Where every roadbed is sloughing off, cracked, etc.
Where every French drain has failed
Where every sump pump has failed
Where every basement has had flooding

I will be posting an interactive map on the Fite Estate Inn and Spa and Three Rivers Bed & Breakfast Facebook sites for you to mark, in color code, each problem area. This will be done by me and my team for free. I just need the data.

I have asked the City for help, but have received “sandbags” that’s it. Mike Stewart has made it clear that no immediate help is coming, I have asked, called, gone by his office, brought the City out to problem sites and we get “sandbags”. WE are going to have to do this together, because these photos are how the City “fixed” Country Club Road right across from the golf course.

Three Rivers Bed and Breakfast has just hosted its first wedding and hopes to serve you as well.

The 1911 historical mansion sits in the heart of Muskogee, just a short drive from Tulsa, Fort Smith, Oklahoma City, and Dallas. Enjoy the whole mansion and the estate grounds without big city hassle, expenditure, parking issues, or space.
The Farmer Mansion sits on 2/3 of an acre, with a 1,200 square foot gazebo, pergola, and floral grounds to meet your outdoor wedding experience. Coming soon, the original stables will be available for event use.

Haven’t heard of the Farmer Mansion? That’s because it was recently deemed a Historic Landmark and has been home to several prominent doctors, lawyers, cattlemen and woman, and most importantly, Liza Farmer, who helped build the Muskogee Electric Traction Company (trolley like San Francisco) and was instrumental in Indian Affairs in pre-statehood Indian Territory.

Indoor facilities include capacity for 100 and the Mansion has already hosted film screenings, premiere screenings, fashion shows, fundraisers, and many charity events. We are new, but just getting started…

So, if you want to rent the entire Estate or just need a photography site, we will turn on all of fountains, lights, performers, and give you a show. We have fire dancers, burlesque dancers, professional catering, and a photographer. Our sister property, The Fite Estate Inn & Spa
has an even bigger venue size if you need more space.

Our new professional wedding planner will sit down with you and meet your budget, your way. Our sister companies and partnerships can insure quality food, cakes, treats, produce, meat, and floral arrangements, fresh cut flowers, and honey.

Please call as no event is too small and most and budget can be accommodated.

What: Town Hall Meeting concerning Muskogee City and County issues
Where: The Fite Estate Inn & Spa

When: Friday, May 31, 5:30 - 8:30 PM
Who: Every taxpayer in Muskogee County, those responsible for our wellbeing
Why: $200,000,000.00 in taxpayer money has been spent since 2019 or is “asked for” already or coming soon. Where did “it” go? Is life better here? Does City improvement match this high expenditure? Are our children and grandchildren better off or will they be? Are we better and safer? Are historical properties being preserved and maintained? Does “our” downtown compete with say Tahlequah or Winfield, Kansas (go there and see for yourself!)

All attendees will be orderly, respectful, and courteous to others’ opinions and questions and those answering.

The Fite Family built this historic Fite Estate and Mansion to be a safe haven for everyone, especially those in need. The property has served the public as a possible site for the State Governor’s Mansion, safe haven for Native peoples, Hospital, Children’s Clinic of Muskogee, honey farm, and now soon a Children’s Learning Center and a community activity site for all.
