Great time for a Flexcation
What is a flexcation you ask?
Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, families are still finding ways to make the most of unusual circumstances to plan a getaway.
With more flexible work and school arrangements, many families are embracing the idea of a “flexcation,” an emerging travel trend created by Vrbo where families rent vacation homes longer to mix work and play, and often get better value in high-demand locales.
Here in Myrtle Beach now is a great time of year to visit while the weather is still nice and we have plenty of room for guests to social distance. It's 68 degrees, sunny and we have off-season rates you can enjoy as well.
Plus if you don't need a 2 bedroom unit we also just closed on our second beachfront condo which is a 1 bedroom / 1 bath condo on the 11th floor and should be ready in the next couple of weeks which will accommodate 6 and save even more. Wow! It's like a parade they just keep coming. There's probably been close to 100 by now. Something new for guest to do when they visit Myrtle Beach and what better time to visit than now. Plenty of room to social distance, lots to do, perfect weather in the mid 70's and the water is still about 70 degrees and we have heated pools too!

This is the second time this week that while having my morning coffee that I saw people on the beach riding horses and today was like a parade.

Down in Myrtle Beach for a few days this week working on our retirement plan and purchasing condo #2 Vitamin Sea & Sand 🙂 This is a 1 BR 1 BA coming soon to a “page” near you. In the meantime here is a view of the sunrise from our master bedroom this morning. Also, here is an update from the beach. I’m at the Grumpy Monk tonight having a little dinner and they have live music. So excited to see Covid numbers are coming down with less tourists and life is slowly getting back to normal.

Looking for a housekeeper to fill in when our existing house keeper is unavailable.
We are also starting a new property management business where this position will likely grow into a part-time or even a full-time job over the next year or so.
Applicants must be reliable, trustworthy and have a fine eye for detail. Previous house cleaning experience preferred.
