Officially ready for our 2025 guests!
Main floor has open concept living room with large electric fireplace, kitchen, and dining area with multiple beverage fridges. Half bath with laundry. Washer/dryer in one unit. That's right no more forgetting to switch your laundry over, it's all one step in one machine!
Bedroom 1: King bed, 1st floor, private bathroom with walk-in tile shower, large fireplace, direct access to the big deck.
Small deck has table with seating for 6. Large deck has seating for 10 at 1 table and another 3-4 at the smaller table. Blackstone griddle is up on the large deck.
2nd floor of the house:
Bedroom 2: King bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower with seat, access to private deck with views of the canal, Sand Dollar Lake, and the ocean.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, large windows to take in more of the view of the canal and Sand Dollar Lake, private bathroom with tub, direct access to large upper deck.
Bedroom 4: Queen bed, fire place, direct access to large upper deck, direct bathroom access that shares with 5th bedroom that accesses from the hallway.
Bedroom 5: 2 sets of full over full bunk beds.
Upper deck has 3 Adirondack chairs, 6 bar stools and bar table, couch, love seat, and single chair for seating. Whether you're soaking up the sun or playing family games at night, it will be a great place to gather!
Underneath the house is a propane CharBroil grill. Outdoor enclosed shower with hot and cold water. There's another 4 Adirondack chairs and couch to relax in while you enjoy your favorite sporting event or have family movie night on our 120" projection screen with great sound!
As if we didn't spoil our renters enough already, we added a brand-new complimentary limo golf cart for them to enjoy inside the neighborhood during their stay!
