I am a homeowner, I manage my own property in Ocean Lakes SC. I am listed on VRBO and [email protected]
To give my renters peace of mind, I personally speak with every guest over the phone prior to booking and provide additional information needed for verification. For security reasons, I do not share that information publicly, as it could easily be misused by scammers.

Ocean Lakes also has my ownership details on file and can confirm that I am the homeowner of this property.

As a general rule, it’s always wise to be cautious, if someone is unwilling to speak by phone, refuses to provide verifiable information, or pressures you to send a deposit immediately, those are red flags.🚩
