How cool is this - these baby swans were born 4 weeks ago in Sandlapper Lake where our beach house is located in Ocean Lakes. Created a lot of excitement seeing them hatched and watching them go for their first swim with mom!

Great time to come and take a walk on the beach. Took this yesterday just outside Ocean Lakes. Very peaceful and relaxing.

The park where our beach house is (Ocean Lakes) continues to make improvements. We now have beautiful palm trees in front of our home and all around the lake. Looks great! Here's our house with a shot of some of the trees.

Did you know - that now if you have your mortgage from Bank of America, you can pause your mortgage payments for up to 90 days and simply extend the terms of your loan? https://www.americanbanker.com/articles/bank-of-america-lets-50-000-mortgage-borrowers-skip-payments

Other banks are offering this same program, and some are requiring that you pay it back after the 90 days (not at the end of the loan). Check it out with your mortgage company!
