We want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who took the opportunity to spend some time in our condo at the Myrtle Beach Resort. We have decided it is time to move on and will be closing on the sale of the unit next week. We do not know if the new owner plans to continue to offer the unit as a rental or not, and if so, if he plans on using the same rental agency. We will be closing down this page once the sale is complete. Thanks again for your patronage and there are plenty of units for rent at the resort if you want to continue making it your vacation destination.

Snowbird special monthly rates for 2026: Jan-Mar $1375 and $1650 for Apr. In order to get these rates (taxes and fees still apply), you must call the rental agency - Beach Rental Realty at 843-999-2570, as these rates are not available through the online rental portal. Various promos may also be available from time to time, but you must call for these special rates.

The refresh is officially completed. All rooms have been deep cleaned and painted, some furniture was replaced, kitchen cabinets painted, and a coffee bar was added to the dining area. The unit is available for rent beginning Jan 1st and snowbirds are more than welcome. Snowbirds should call for special monthly snowbird rates.

This condominium is being refreshed. The 2 bedrooms and master bath are now complete. Pictures still need to be hung. Painting of the kitchen cabinets and the rest of the condo is underway. We will be seeking renters once everything is finished.

We are currently giving the unit a fresh new look. We hope to have it available for snowbird rentals by November or December. As soon as the work is done, updated photos will be posted. In the meantime, if you are interested in renting anytime between November and April, let us know.
