Kitchen remodel 2022. Opened up the walk, moved sink to overlook the living room, cabinets to the ceiling. Opens the whole unit up and makes the unit so bright.

New updates to our unit in 2020. We finished our projects by mid February then everything quickly got shut down due to Covid 19 virus.

New projects were:

Kitchen:
All new stainless steel refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher.
New Keurig coffee maker
New back splash

Laundry Room:
New washer and dryer

Living Room
Rearranged furniture to allow room for an additional new chair
New art above sofa
New curtains (no more vertical blinds!)

Bedrooms
New blinds and curtains in both Master and second bedroom

We will see what rental season holds for us with the Covid-19 virus.
