Our master bedroom has a king size bed, large walk in closet, and an oversized bath with a double vanity, jetted tub, and shower. In the guest bedroom you’ll find two queen beds. Our guest bath has shower and single vanity. Bath and kitchen areas are tile. Bedrooms and common area are carpet. No fees for parking. Television sets in both bedrooms and living room. All vanities and counters are granite. There is dedicated laundry in the unit with Washer and Dryer. Large outside deck area. The Kingston property has two beach side cafes. Ocean side pool. This is a non-smoking unit and due to restrictions by the Property Owners Association of the Kingston Plantation pets are not allowed on the property. The Kingston Plantation is located just south of North Myrtle Beach proper. We are less than two miles from Wal-Mart, Kroger, Tanger Outlet, and less than four miles south of Barefoot Landing Shopping, House of Blues, and Alligator Adventure. We are conveniently located near many other shopping, dinning, and golfing areas. Special beach package is included in our rental price from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. This beach package includes life guard set up of large umbrella and two beach chairs daily. Memorial Day thru Labor Day rentals are Saturday check-in and renting all inclusive for $1950. Comparable units in this same tower currently renting from the Plantation are renting for $2900.
