Recent Progress: ✅ Post-tension cable delivery complete for Buildings 1 & 2 ✅ Building 2 underground electrical complete ✅ Building 2 underground plumbing complete and inspected ✅ Building 1 underground plumbing (lower pad, which includes the lobby, restaurant, and commercial area) is over 80% complete ✅ Maintenance shop underground plumbing is nearly complete (95%+)

On deck for the next two weeks: 🔧 Maintenance shop underground electrical begins 🔧 Building 2 concrete work, inspection, and pour begins 🔧 Building 1 underground plumbing (lower pad) continues 🔧 Building 2 termite treatment 🔧 Building 1 dig and anchor bolt installation begins
