🚨 IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SANDS BEACH CLUB OWNERS 🚨
NORTH TOWER ELEVATOR MODERNIZATION

Owners arriving during Weeks 37–53 and Weeks 1–15 should be aware of an upcoming elevator modernization project in the Oceanfront North Tower.

Tentative Schedule:
🔹 North Elevator: Sept. 21, 2026 – Jan. 2, 2027
🔹 South Elevator: Jan. 2, 2027 – April 9, 2027

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE:
During the project, only ONE elevator will be available in the North Tower. Both South Tower elevators will remain fully operational.
Please plan for possible delays, construction activity, and occasional noise during normal working hours.
Thank you for your patience and understanding while we complete this important improvement.
