Every season we cycle out linens that are too torn or stained to put back on a guest bed. This year, instead of the dumpster, they went to Grand Strand Humane Society.
Jessica Wnuk (GSHS Executive Director) came to a Leader meeting last week hosted by Elizabeth Muckensturm asking hosts and property managers for donations. We had exactly what she needed sitting in our warehouse. So Bryan Thibedeau and Roca Williams loaded up the truck with over a quarter ton of terry and linens and drove it all over.
Turns out retired hotel-grade towels and bedding are perfect for kennels, bath time, and cleanup around the shelter. Tony (pictured, very good boy) seemed to approve.
If you're an owner or host on the and your linens are getting worn out, don't toss them. GSHS will put them straight to work. Reach out to their team directly.
And if you're looking for a team that handles your turnovers, linens, and inspections the right way (down to what happens to the linens when they retire), that's what we do. Send us a message anytime.
