Soundfront - Saturday to Saturday

Soundfront in Village of Nags Head! This 8 bed 🛌 /10 bath 🛀 stunning home has everything you desire: elevator 🛗, pool 🏊‍♂️ , hot tub, ocean front 🌊 beach club privileges, movie room 🎥 , game room with wet bar, foosball, arcade🕹 and shuffle board, 6 King masters, plus 2 more masters (1 bunk room and one room with 2 queens), 2 extra half baths, gourmet kitchen with 2 ovens, 2 dishwasher, 2 sinks!

The list continues with wrap around decks, outdoor seating, access to soundfront park with 2 kayaks 🛶 , and 4 beach bikes 🚲 , Village Beach Club from Memorial - Labor Day. However, you may just choose to stay for the sunsets 🌅 alone!

We are located along Hole 14 of Village Links Golf Course ⛳️ directly behind, and within walking distance, to 2 grocery stores in Nags Head at MM 14.5.

New to the private rental market for 2022, we now rent Saturday to Saturday. Soundfront is pet free; our Semi-OF home allows for hypoallergenic dogs.

Semi-Oceanfront - Friday to Friday

Check out Destination-OBX, our fully renovated, Semi-Oceanfront, 8-bedroom home 🏠 that sleeps up to 16-20 people 👪 with 5 ⭐️ reviews! We are a 1 minute walk to beach access 🏖 and have ocean views 🌊 from our top deck. Our home accommodates large families very comfortably with a large family room and apple table seating Plus, our home offers a private pool 🏊 hot tub and game room with pool table and foosball. Located at MM17.5 in Nags Head, shopping 🛍 and dining 🍕🍔 are around the corner. Hypoallergenic dog (only) friendly 🐶!

New in 2023: tiki bar in between hot tub and pool, 220 volt receptical for electric car charging. New in 2024: landsacping beside driveway, horizontal railings on all decks, double oven range. We are always doing something to constantly improve out homes!
