It is quite obvious that I don't know how to post all the nice comments and photos we have received from our great guests. I guess I will have to admit that fact. I guess it's time to get a few lessons from one of my adult children! So be patient and keep on sending us photos of your stay. Some day this old man will learn the ropes!

As we come to the end of another beach season in the OBX, we want to thank you for spending time with us. Once again we will be spending the off season making improvements and doing maintenance. The weather in the OBX is relentless and unforgiving. It is a constant battle to stay ahead of it. Thank you, stay safe, and come see us again!

Hello Everyone! I am creating this page for you to post photos and comments about your stay in the Outer Banks. Since we purchased "Two Keys Cottage" in 2016 and renamed it "Miles Away Cottage", two of our sons had their "Bachelor Parties" here and one daughter had her wedding reception in the backyard. (she got married on the beach October 2017) Additionally, we know of one other engagement and another wedding reception here since Miles Away Cottage came into existence. And the couple that got engaged here came back with their family the next year and left a photo of themselves which is displayed on top of the hall bookcase on the 2nd floor. We are hoping that you will contribute to this page with your memories that you experienced in the Outer Banks during your stay!
