New luxury rental located in the Vanderbilt beach neighborhood. Home has been fully renovated, with marble throughout, upgraded appliances including wine fridge as well as a private heated pool and whirlpool bath. Outdoor is its own entertaining area, with dining table to fit six, pool loungers, outdoor shower, bbq, large cooler, umbrella and additional seating. The house is fully furnished with everything you would need in a seasonal rental: games, supplies and toys for beach and pool, weights, yoga mat, play pen, etc.
