NEW FOR 2027 Waterfront Rental with Private Boat Dock!

This unit has a separate bedroom, double loft, 3-season room, full bath and kitchen, and best of all, a private boat dock. Bring your boat with you, or just sit and enjoy the sunsets right out on the water. More details and photos will come soon. Booking for this Waterfront Rental will open on October 1st, 2026 for the 2027 season.

The Cumberland Fair is September 27th-October 3rd and we are only 43 minutes from the fairgrounds.

The Fryeburg Fair is October 4th-11th and we are only 36 minutes from the fairgrounds.
