We’re kicking off our “𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻’ 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗻” series, where our bar lead (and your soon-to-be-favorite cocktail slinger) takes you behind Annie’s bar to mix, muddle, and master the signature sips from the drink menu.

First up: the sweet, tart, and silky Clover Club. Stephen’s little secret? A reverse dry shake – first with ice, then a second shake 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘪𝘵 to produce that perfectly silky, cloud-like foam on top. ☁️🤌
