Dear Tea Friends, we will continue to be open but operate on Reservations Only through the sale of our business. Upcoming dates will be May 12 & 15, May 26 & 27, June 5 & 6, June 10 - 11, June 17 -18, June 23, 26 & 27.

Our decision to sell the bed-and-breakfast and tea house did not come lightly and was not in our five-year plan. We are trusting God through this process and are hoping that the tea service will continue for you and yours! We believe there’s someone out there that can take the teahouse to the next level and continue to draw goodness to the Nappanee community.  Thank you for your continued support and for patronizing our family business! ❤️❤️❤️

Peony and Catnip (catmint) season is in bloom at Market St. Manor. We want to thank everyone for their continued support during this transition season. We have received many calls during the last two weeks. We are not “closing”. We are transitioning and praying for our next buyer who will continue to run the Tea House and the bed-and-breakfast. 

Until the transition we will be taking reservations only for lunch on certain days. A previous post shows the dates that we are open for Reservations. This is a schedule that is now through the end of June. We will keep this updated.

When you do come in for lunch, we ask that you respect our privacy with selling, and if you have any questions you can reach out to our realtor.  As we go into the holiday weekend we ask that if you are making a lunch reservation that you wait until Tuesday, May 26.

We had such a fun day today Bellas Booksther with Wanda at Bellas Books! We had tea drinkers and book readers and Mother Days celebraters ! We had ladies and dresses and hats galore. Thank you to everyone who participated in such a big day. We look forward to more Mother’s tea this next week! I have extra blind date with the book if you’d like to pick one up this week otherwise stop by Bella‘s books!
