* Just a lil rental rule Reminder for all Guests being a condo association please read!!
Please leave the side lights off since it blinks into the neighbors window. The front door light switch is left on automatic bc it doesn’t go into anyone’s homes !
Good afternoon, Residents at Breakwater Village:
The following is a reminder regarding Holiday and Summer Activities:
All fireworks are forbidden on all property of Breakwater Village Condominium Association, and this includes the stair beach.
No parking on the roadways or common elements unless designated as parking areas.
If you rent your property, please leave the trash and recycle key for your renters. Using a very large key chain is suggested so it can't get lost as easily.
Please advise your guests and renters that trash cannot be thrown over the compactor fence or left on top of the compactor. This happens frequently and needs to be avoided. It creates extra work and costs that Breakwater Village incurs that could otherwise be avoided.
All boxes must be broken down before placing them in the recycle container.
Only household trash can be thrown away in the compactor and recycling area. No Tires, No TV's, No Combustibles, No Paints, No Refrigerators etc., only household debris.
Renters are not allowed to bring dogs onto Breakwater Village.
Please check your outside lighting to determine if the lights are directed at another unit owner's property. All outside lighting should only illuminate your property.
Owners should share their contact information with each other if you opt to do so, so if any issues arise, neighbors can keep each other informed about trash left behind debris in your yard or deliveries left at doors.
If you rent your unit, it is imperative that you forward this email to your tenant(s). Owners are responsible for the behavior and actions of their renter(s).
Your time and attention given to these matters are greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
