Ever wonder where the name comes from? 🏡

Caroline Waldkirch was one of the founding members of our neighborhood, settling here at the end of the Civil War. Her son later developed the area — building what is now Caroline House, and originally naming our street Caroline Avenue, until the city of Nashville would change that later.

A century-plus later, we're still telling her story.
