Its PERFECT for large groups since there is so much space, but I’m sure it would be a perfect getaway for smaller groups or couples as well. It has so much personality and really set the tone for our trip. We had more than we needed, and the host was wonderful!”

He loved it. “What an amazing place! Staying at Matthew's place was more than what we expected. Plenty of rooms and very well kept. From the details in each room to the cleanliness. The house is located at a short distance from Broadway and the cool places Nashville has to offer.”
