Welcome to our east nashville gathering house, Music Monastery: Sound Baths, Drum Circles, Movement and Dance Yoga, Meditation Menu, Self Care, Self Reflection, Journaling, Silent Introspection Spaces, Infrared Sauna, Earth Baths (hot and ice options)... by appointment only. baby buddy, he's been with us for about a year. we are grateful to love and be loved by all the animals that come across our path

yesterday he had his first real and long adventure on the land. we were at rhythm farm for about 12 hours!!!
