The Hermitage Hotel, a Historic Landmark - Tennessee's only Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond hotel - is searching for an experienced Guest Room agent who is committed to enhancing our strong foundation of success.
Strategic Intent
It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will take full responsibility for the tasks that are given on all aspects of the Front Desk operation of the hotel.
Scope of Position
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS: Maintains positive attitude promoting Front Desk and encourages and helps stimulate positive morale of the department.
MATERIAL OR PRODUCTS: Front Office Supplies
EQUIPMENT: ECI Computer System, Calculator, Saflok Key machine
Organizational Structure
The Guest Services Agent will report directly to the Guest Services Manager
Mandatory
Possess a positive and outgoing personality
Must possess basic verbal command of the English Language
Minimum of two years previous housekeeping experience as a room attendant
Attention to detail is very important
Professional appearance and grooming
Desirable
Luxury hotel experience is a plus!
