Originally explored within the portfolio and now reimagined at The Sarasota Modern, this limited-time pop-up transforms our on-site restaurant and bar into an immersive, floral-filled environment designed to spark curiosity and invite guests to slow down and stay awhile.

From unique botanical cocktails to beautifully-crafted seasonal bites, the experience reflects our commitment to delivering curated, thoughtful experiences across the portfolio.

Bouquet Bar continues to bring new energy to the property and the Sarasota market.

The lobby bar at Hotel Clermont has entered a new chapter.

What started as a guest favorite has evolved into Bar Caravan. As demand grew for spaces that feel more open, social, and shared, the redesign leans into connection. It is a place to settle in, meet up, or pass through and stay longer than planned.

The renovation, led by Mey & Co, brings an eclectic, more communal energy to the room, while our in-house creative team shaped the identity behind Bar Caravan.

Alongside the new look, the experience has evolved. A refreshed menu now stands on its own, distinct from both the restaurant and rooftop, with a focus on cocktails and small bites designed for the setting. Happy Hour has also made its way into the mix, giving you even more reason to stop by.

Bar Caravan will continue to shift and grow over time. That is part of the point.

Meet Misfit Bar, our nostalgic holiday pop-up bringing festive charm and a hint of playful trouble to Wink Wink at The Sarasota Modern. We’re also excited to share that The Sarasota Modern, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, is now part of the Oliver Hospitality family.

Inspired by Rudolph’s classic crew, the room glows with ornament-packed ceilings, twinkling lights, and cozy corners made for gathering, sipping, and celebrating. Settle in for spirited cocktails, cheerful bites, and a season filled with easy joy.

The Sarasota Modern joins our portfolio with 89 keys, four event spaces, and an all-day restaurant and bar shaped by the chic supper clubs and tropical lounges of the 50s and 60s, right in the heart of the Rosemary District.

Here’s to community, creativity, and a bright new chapter for Oliver Hospitality in Sarasota.

Today, we’re proudly celebrating Abbey Michell (Marketing Intern), who graduates from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee. Over the past year, Abbey has been an essential part of our marketing team at The Oliver Hotel and throughout Oliver Hospitality.

From day one, Abbey brought more than just marketing skills, she brought heart, drive, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Whether assisting with brand campaigns, supporting launches, or offering thoughtful insights behind the scenes, she approached every task with warmth, integrity, and purpose.

Her attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and care for the guest experience have left a lasting impact on our team. It’s no surprise to anyone who’s worked with her.

Abbey, thank you for all you’ve given during your time with us. We are so proud of you and can’t wait to see what’s next. Let’s just say… we’re not quite ready to say goodbye.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us last October to celebrate Hotel Clermont's 100-Year Centennial!
