From London to Egypt, it’s been an exciting month for the Nobu family.

We began by unveiling Nobu Residences North Coast alongside our partners at SODIC Real Estate in London before Chef Nobu Matsuhisa traveled to Egypt to celebrate the preview of Nobu New Cairo, now officially open, and the start of a new season at Nobu North Coast Egypt.

With hotels, restaurants, and branded residences, three Nobu destinations are taking shape across Egypt united by a shared commitment to exceptional hospitality, world-renowned cuisine, timeless design, and service from the heart.

We’re pleased to announce Nobu Beach Inn, Barbuda - a new hotel and residential retreat set along two miles of untouched Caribbean beachfront. Building on our presence of Nobu Barbuda restaurant on Princess Diana Beach, this escape will feature 17 private villas, destination dining, a beach club, spa, fitness pavilion, and a limited collection of 25 beachfront Nobu Residences.

Currently in development and set for completion in late 2026, follow along to be among the first to receive updates as this new destination takes shape.

We are pleased to announce Nobu Hotel, Residences, and Restaurant Maldives in the breathtaking Laamu Atoll on the private island of Munyafushi—our first venture into the Maldives. The resort will feature 26 beach villas, 30 overwater villas, and a Nobu restaurant on its own private island, alongside just 10 ultra-exclusive Nobu Island Estate Residences—each on a private island with panoramic ocean views, private beachfront access, and even a private yacht.

Our recent European journey was nothing short of extraordinary. We began with the sake ceremony and official opening of Nobu Hotel Roma, continued to Warsaw to celebrate Nobu Hotel Warsaw’s sake ceremony, and then traveled to Kraków where we connected with our partners to begin shaping the vision for a future cultural district. From there, we headed to Amsterdam for a ceremonial groundbreaking and a thoughtful tour through the city, before concluding in Manchester with another memorable groundbreaking celebration.

A remarkable year for Nobu. A year defined by growth and gratitude, and just the beginning of what’s to come.
