Owl's Nest Our home can be your home away from home! When we travel we'd love to open up our home for you to explore Nashville or visit friends and family here!

We are a homeschool, freelance working family of 4! We want to have more adventures together and are opening up our house as a vacation rental for when we travel! We are also flexible and willing to rent out our house other times. If you have a large family coming to visit or need a place for a girl's weekend let me know and we will see what we can do! ptions for your vacation. Cook your own food or at least have snacks and drinks in the fridge since you'll want to eat all around the amazing Nashville restaurants! Room to spread out...with 2 living areas inside, 3 bedrooms available, 2 bathrooms and a huge screened in porch that is enjoyable in all seasons because it can be heated. Nashville hotel rates have become so high that it just makes sense to stay in a quiet neighborhood with the comforts of home.

Our house is available for rent over Labor Day weekend! $350 a night and we can sleep up to 8! Available Friday night, Saturday night, Sunday night and even Monday night. Sept 1-5. We are also willing to rent out just the master bedroom and all living area for $250 a night. That would sleep 4 (2 in master and queen air mattress in family room. Message me for details. We would love to host you in our home!

Our very first renters left us a great review Yay!!:
Jen's place was a perfect fit for our group! She was extremely friendly and open to anything we needed to make our stay so memorable. Her home was very spacious for our large group! The sun-room was a hit, that's where we spend a lot of our time! It was nice to "be outside" without actually being outside when we had some rain. Everything was so clean and her home decorating make it very homey. It was pretty close to the downtown area, although depending what time you needed a Lyft to come back it could get a little pricy. It was about 15-20 min drive each way. If there was anything we needed, she was just a text away! We would definitely book again to stay at Jen's place!

Hi friends and family! A lot of you know that we have recently set up our home to be able to rent it out as a vacation rental. We hope to do this several times a year! Mostly for when we are on vacation ourselves, but we are flexible and open to other dates as well. If you have a large family or a group of friends coming to visit...check with us and see if we are free to have guests!
