Join the Pilgrimage Garden Club for a special afternoon symposium held in memory of the late James McHenry Wade, Curator of Longwood. Through a series of engaging presentations, guests will explore the people, places, and events that shaped Natchez and the Lower Mississippi River Valley - from the Natchez Indians and La Salle’s exploration to the cotton industry, Longwood’s dependency buildings, and the lives of the enslaved families who lived and worked there.
