The multi-course candlelight breakfast in the formal dining room is truly a feast for the senses. We are within walking distance of many fine shops, antique malls, museums and fine restaurants, and a short drive to the beautiful plantations along the Cane River, many of which are open for tours. Natchitoches is the oldest city in the Louisiana Purchase and is surrounded by the magnificent Kisatchie National Forest, which offers a myriad of biking and hiking trails. Christy Tullier recently took her mom to Natchitoches for a special birthday getaway and stayed in our private cottage. We are completely blown away by her kind words about how immaculate the property was, how much they loved our "beautiful and delicious" daily breakfasts, and how they were able to explore the whole city on foot without ever needing their car! She even gave a huge shoutout to Jackie for making their trip so phenomenal. 🥰
